Sandy Mones has always been surrounded by art and design; however, after taking her first ceramics class at 18 years old, a love for clay formed a lifetime passion.  This passion drove her to open the doors of Sandy Mones Pottery in the Greenville neighborhood of Jersey City, directly across from Bayside Park. The studio is a space welcoming to those who love to create, those seeking a new experience, and those looking to discover the artist within. Classes are offered for every level, with beginners and first times invited to start your journey with clay. We hope to see you very soon!

Sandy received her B.A. in Journalism from Universidad del Sagrado, Corazon(San Juan, Puerto Rico), and her Master of Teaching Spanish Language and Culture from Universidad de Alcalá (Alcalá, Spain); she is currently enrolled at New Jersey City University(NJCU) pursuing an M.F.A. with Ceramics Concentration.
