Experience

You will have a One-Time Experience with one of our skilled instructors who will lead 12 students during this 2 hour session. Come on your own or with friends - this is an open, friendly environment. 

Each artist will get 5 tries on the wheel during the session. If you want to keep a piece, we charge $15 for firing it. Please note that pick-up for fired pieces will be available about a month after the experience.

We are BYOB with identification, and we offer delicious, made-to-order food from caterer Empanadas by Daysis. Check out our Menu.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a full refund or to reschedule your One-Time Experience, you must notify info@sandymonespottery.com at least 48 hours prior to the session. Failure to notify 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, will result in no refund for cancellations or no show. If your appointment is booked with fewer than 48 hours remaining until session start time, it is understood that your purchase is non-refundable.

Things to know:

You will get messy from the elbows down. So short sleeves or sleeves that you can roll up are recommended. We also recommend you don't wear watches or bracelets, rings are ok. If you have long hair, please wear it up or bring a hair tie or clip.

Keep in mind that you will need to straddle the pottery wheel, so comfortable pants are suggested.

Sometimes shoes can get splashed with water or clay.

Clay doesn't typically stain clothes or shoes; we do have aprons available.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not put personal items in the pockets of the aprons, on our shelving, or anywhere else that you may forget about before you leave.

Anyone over the age of 7 is welcome to join, but anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult who is also participating.
